Yes! This is what we ran along for about 8 miles of the race. We ran out to Birch Bay State Park and then back, so we got it coming and going. The only bad part, the wind was a STRONG crosswind and brrrrrrrrr the entire time. I had four layers on and I was STILL freezing!
