About 2 min later it started to pour! Vinette loaned me her rain jacket (mine was back at the SUV) and I took off. I felt horrible, but for some reason the pain subsided for the first five or so miles and the run was really nice. By the time I finished, it was sunny and warm and I'd taken off the jacket and the shirt and was down to a tank top.
