This was at the Seattle Folklife Festival after the Street Scramble. (We went to Seattle. Seattle is not in Gig Harbor.) Laura's band was playing, so we stopped off at the festival to see them. They were GREAT!

Skansie Dock
Fisherman's Memorial...hanging out waiting for them to hand out maps. They hand out maps half an hour before race time so you can plan strategy. You then have 2 hours to find as many spots as you can on the map and answer questions at each checkpoint. It's SO fun! Like a scavenger hunt, but since the maps are USGS maps, there are very few street names so it also requires navigation.

Today was the Gig Harbor Street Scramble. We met at Skansie Park in Gig Harbor. This was about an hour before the start. They had a lot of little fun things going on. We've never been to Gig Harbor, so it was fun getting to know it on our feet!

Roybee the Wildcat
Tonight was closing night for High School Musical. Roy showed up as the mascot in the finale.
